About Kelsey
Kelsey believes there is no one right path toward healing. Each person’s journey is unique, and her intention is to walk alongside her students and clients as they explore the pathway that feels most aligned—whether that’s through yoga, energy healing, connecting with the natural world, or something entirely different.
Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for each person’s inner wisdom.
Kelsey specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions, burnout, and the deep exhaustion that can arise when trying to slow down in a world that doesn’t often allow it.
She is especially passionate about the intersection of mental health and menstrual cycle awareness and believes the menstrual cycle can be a powerful lens for self-understanding and healing. Kelsey works with clients who want to explore how living in sync with their inner cycles can support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and greater balance.
With training in ecotherapy, expressive arts, yoga, and energy work, Kelsey brings an integrative, somatic lens to her work. Whether in an office or beneath a tree, she strives to create spaces where wholeness is welcomed—and where slowing down becomes a healing practice in itself.
