A Workshop Series for Earth Connection, Reverence, and Healing
Reconnect with the earth in a profound and meaningful way in “Breathing with Earth,” a series of workshops designed to help you cultivate reverence for the land and the plants that support us. Rooted in ecopsychology principles, each session invites you to rediscover the healing power of the earth and connect to the plants that have long been revered for their nurturing qualities.
This series honors the deep relationship we share with the natural world, focusing on healing with the earth, not just for ourselves but in a way that fosters love, respect, and a mutual healing connection. In each workshop, you’ll explore the power that the earth and its many gifts have to help us heal. Utilizing a combination of mindfulness practices, sound healing, and plants themselves we learn to not only deepen our bond with nature, creating space for healing and reverence for the land
Each workshop will include:
● Opening Circle: Set an intention for the session as we come together in community and connect with the earth, grounding ourselves in reverence for the land beneath our feet.
● Plant & Oil Exploration: Discover the unique properties of the featured plant and therapeutic grade plant oil, and learn how these plants have supported humans and the earth throughout history. Experience the essence of the plant through mindful breathing exercises, and learn how it can support emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
● Plant Energy Meditation: Dive deeper into a guided meditation that connects you to the plant’s spirit and wisdom. This practice will invite you to tune in to the earth’s rhythms and reconnect with the loving embrace of the Earth itself.
● Sound Bath Experience: Allow the healing vibrations of sound to deepen your experience. Through crystal bowls and chimes, you will be supported in your connection to the plant and the earth, promoting relaxation and restoring balance.

Outdoor Yoga Earth Day Class!
Celebrate Earth Day with a rejuvenating outdoor Vinyasa Flow, set in the peaceful surroundings of a private residence in Los Altos. This all-levels class is designed to help you feel grounded and connected—to yourself, to nature, and to the earth.
Through a thoughtfully guided flow, you'll move with your breath, exploring strength, balance, and release. Feel the warmth of the sun, the breeze on your skin, and the steady support of the earth as you flow through grounding postures and energizing sequences.

Join us for an afternoon of deep connection, reflection, and celebration in honor of the Divine Feminine within. Through movement, meditation, creative expression, and sacred ritual, we will embrace the feminine energy that flows through all of us—intuition, creativity, and receptivity, This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and nurture the sacred cycles of our being.
Together, we will:
